Privacy

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. Payment is handled by our checkout provider and its card processors. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you create an account: your email and name, or the basic profile Google or Facebook shares if you sign in with them.
• When you write to us or sign up: what you enter in the contact form, the email sign-up, a "notify me" request or a review (first name, email, rating and review text).
• When you browse: the pages you view, what you add to your cart, the device and browser you use, a general location from your IP address, and the page that sent you here. This comes from cookies and similar tools (see below).

How we use it

• To take payment, ship your order and email you about it.
• To answer you, and to send the emails you asked for: back-in-stock notes, and news if you signed up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To remind you about a checkout you didn't finish, and to ask for a review seven days after your order is delivered (we learn the delivery date from the carrier's tracking).
• To check that a review comes from a real buyer before it's published. Photos you add appear publicly with your review; your email never does.
• To see how the site is used, fix what's broken, and measure and show our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok.
• To prevent fraud, and to meet tax, accounting and legal duties.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information for money. We share it only with the services that run the shop for us:

• Wix hosts the site and runs the store, checkout, accounts, forms, reviews and our emails.
• Payment processors handle your card or wallet payment.
• Shipping carriers get your name and address to deliver your order.
• Meta, Google and TikTok get browsing and purchase events from the site to measure and target our ads. If you buy through our Meta shop, Meta also handles that checkout under its own policy.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Some state laws, including California's, treat sharing data with ad networks for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing". You can opt out of it below.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar tools in four groups: essential (cart, checkout, sign-in and security, always on), functional (remembering your choices), analytics (Wix Analytics, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) and advertising (the Meta pixel and Conversions API, and the TikTok pixel). The cookie banner lets you accept or decline the optional groups, and you can change your answer any time with the button the banner leaves in the corner of the page.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy. Email us from the address you used with us so we can confirm it's you. We answer within 45 days, and we never treat you differently for asking. Some records, like orders, we must keep for tax and accounting. Someone you authorize can ask for you, with your written permission.

Keeping it

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require, account details until you ask us to delete them, and sign-up emails until you unsubscribe. Wix stores the data on secured servers, and we limit who can see it. The site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
